You don't know who Jesus even is, you don't really believe in his or anyone's message of goodness. You don't know how to be good on your own and you believe whatever the bible says. (Except the bits that are inconvenient and contradict themselves.) Lets see the other charming pieces of guidance the bible has to offer shall we?

Deuteronomy 22:28-29 If a man [meets] a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her. He must marry the girl. He can never divorce her as long as he lives. (Because that makes everything better. Now he can rape her for the rest of her life. Thanks Mr. Bible!)

Exodus 35:2 Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you a holy day, a sabbath of rest to the LORD: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death. (Wow, those of us who *have* to work on Sundays sure are screwed.)

Ezekiel 20:25-26 Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live; And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass through the fire all that openeth the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the end that they might know that I am the LORD. (Ok, in modern English; Even when I tell them things they cannot live by, or things that are not good for them to try to live by, and strip them of the good things in their lives I can do so because I am the Lord. So nya nya.)

Ever consider we're a part of a divine plan too? Maybe gay people are God's way of saying, "There are too many people having children they don't want and can't love, I will make more people who love members of the same sex and who will not be so inclined to have children of their own, but who will (if they want) make families with children who are unwanted by their straight parents." We are as good as you are, keep your book and hurtful religious lies away from me and people like me.

Rev. (sic) Spitz’s opinion on the beliefs or actions of others should carry no weight whatsoever. He uses his own website to try to make heroes out of murdering terrorists like Paul Hill, Eric Rudolph, John Salvi, and James Kopp. He is so delusional that he thinks that he was ordained by the International Gospel Crusade, a denomination that only exists in his imagination.

We’ll disagree on the truthfulness of what Sen. Renfroe said, but it’s really beside the point, isn’t it? We don’t create laws based on the book of Leviticus. That’s as anti-American as you can get.
