Okay like he said supposly 10 plp beated him up n w/ a pipe if that was the case i think he should have look like he was beaten w/ a pipe but he didnt when i saw him which was nt so long ago (dec. 1)i saw him at ross just walkin like nuthin had happen he look fine to me, you would have neva tell dat he had gtten beaten up.
An d if you go to langham creek n ask students bout jayron, dy well tell u he was nt well like some plp even said he deserved dat!Everybody even said oh he would ust walk in the hallways pushin plp away! simple as dat!
his ust tryin to make plp feeel srry for him n stuff!he is ust like a DIVA n u kno how dy r!!!!!!!!!
im ust sayin diz cuz i kno him i went to middle school w him n even had a class with him n dats when i kne he was a lil bitch im srry bt is true!!!if u knew how he is than probably u wouldnt b defenin him!

his not the victim everybody at school knows how he is
well walkig in the hallways he would push plp outta the way even if he didnt' know them i would know b/c he push me and didnt even bother to say sorry he just walk off like nothing.And not so long ago i saw him at the store and well i was walking the same way as he was andhe just look at me with such hate n laugh, we neva got along and come on he would even try to fight with gurls he even told me “i would fight you” .his makin it a big deal bc ders alot of gay guys at school n y didnt those plp get one of them instead…probably bc Jayron did or said something to them.There has been plp saying the reason he got beat up and i think he should have not been doing that even when the oda dude told him to stop.If dats true!If he said he ask for help and nobody help him, than he should have talk with his parents so they could have gone up to the school or something!!!!But it was wrong wht dy did to him…but he should stop bein so fake!!!!!!!!!!!

Um...yeah.

I agree that police should be contacted more quickly, but students are taught to go to school authorities first, so that's what he did. Jayron did his job. The school authorities didn't do theirs, and he suffered the consequences.

Jayron was beaten with a metal pipe for the better part of ten minutes while a group of kids cheered his attacker with gay epithets. You can call it a scoop shovel for all I care, but the law considers it a hate crime.

As for whether teenage kids know whether they're gay, I can tell you that they do, or at least that they might. I knew by the time I was ten years old.

Finally, I would request that you refrain from using statements like "Did this homo do another guy in the butt?" on my blog. I do it from time to time with a double dose of irony, but it's otherwise unacceptable.

This is stupid. Why not tell the police if so concerned? But I do understand what it's like to be an outcast in high school – the principal should have reported it to the police. Gay beating is NOT a hate crime, it is a crime of exclusion. They don't get beat because they're gay, they get beat because they're different. Some kids get beat up for talking about WoW at school, some get beat up for wearing a Jurassic Park backpack in 10th grade (guilty), and some get beat up for being in the choir. In high school, being gay is NOT RELEVANT! Especially because THEY DON'T KNOW THEY'RE GAY!! Did this homo do another guy in the butt? He's what, 16? 17? Maybe he found out how he was gay like the way my best friend did in high school – some 35 year old pervert took advantage of a femine teenage boy and had sex with him in the mall parking lot. That makes me SO ANGRY! I mean, I try to be neutral in the whole gay debate thing. I am accepting of them, but it makes me wonder if all teenage boys who 'think' they're gay end up finding out with a nasty old pervert who takes complete advantage of their situation. That's just wrong.

I understand that beating him wasn't right but then again they don't give off the full story c'mon its 2009 there is many gays roaming the halls of Langham creek high school why out of all pick him?…….. JayRon isn't the only victim here. Get the full story and thats all i say.
